Clary Sage was initially found Southern France, Italy and Syria
When to use?
During labor, it has been long used and recommended in the birthing world to naturally induce labor by massaging gently on abdomen, hips, pelvis, feet and palms
Other Uses
Topical - can be used for foot bath, massage, skin care and hair care
Antidepressant - so it could also be great for post natal depression
Blood pressure - can significantly lower blood pressure through inhalation
Inflammation - it can reduce inflammation of gum disease
Stress - the aroma promotes relaxation
Antibacterial - can reduce E coli, and anti-fungal effects
